Entrance to the jail site is located on US Rt. 1 in Wiscasset. Traveling
South, the jail site is on the left, 2.4 miles south of the Wiscasset Town
Office/Police Dept; traveling North, it is on the right, .8 mile north of
Shaw’s Supermarket in Wiscasset. You will not see the jail from the road, as
it is a long driveway, but there is a granite sign at the entrance.
